The Self Worth Warrior

Self worth is an accumulation of our thoughts, choices and actions. For us to truly love ourselves, we need to understand what we value through our unique needs and desires. 

The Self Worth Warrior is a 10 week program designed to develop greater self awareness so that you can actively shape a meaningful life.

  1. Physical health – creating the vitality needed to honour your body and promote the energy needed to thrive.
  2. Mindset – recalibrate our belief systems to support a life where you feel deserving to build your dream life.
  3. Emotions – the ability to feel, express, honour and regulate our emotions in a healthy manner.
  4. Spirituality – clarifying our purpose to consciously create a life of meaning and contribution.
  5. Needs – identifying our own unique needs personally and in career/relationships so we know what fulfils us.
  6. Boundaries – protecting our energy, time and resources.
  7. Authenticity – understanding our unique brilliance and how we express our true selves.
  8. Recharge – what we do in our down time to regenerate our energy and convert our experiences into wisdom.
  9. Peace – how to make peace with your self and your past through forgiveness and compassionate mindfulness.
  10. Awaken – awaken the warrior within! Realise your potential and create actionable steps to create the life of your dreams.
  • 10 x 1:1 online coaching sessions. These sessions can be taken weekly or fortnightly, depending on your individual needs and schedule. 
  • Additional support via message for the length of the program.
  • Recommended resources for further development between sessions.
